The 15th Annual Hiring Red, White & You! job fair takes over Globe Life Field on Thursday, November 5, with a concourse full of employers, thousands of open jobs and a front-of-the-line policy for anyone who has worn the uniform.

A Veterans Job Fair That Is Not Only for Veterans

Hiring Red, White & You! has run across Texas since 2012, and the Tarrant County edition has grown into the largest single hiring day in the county. The name points at the military audience, and that audience genuinely gets treated first: transitioning service members, National Guard and Reserve members, veterans, military spouses and their families move to the front of the entry line.

The doors are open to everybody else too. If you are a civilian who has been firing applications into the void since August, this is the best four hours you can spend on a job search this fall. Employers do not buy a booth at Globe Life Field to build a resume database. They buy one because they have seats to fill before the holidays.

How many employers is a fair question with two answers. The City of Arlington announcement says more than 100. The Workforce Solutions listing puts it closer to 165. The final roster posts 72 hours before the doors open, so today the honest answer is: a lot, and you will know exactly who on November 2.

⚠️ Read This Before You Put It on Your Calendar

Fix one thing in your phone right now. November 5, 2026 is a Thursday. The city's own news post calls it a Tuesday, which would be November 3. The date is right, the weekday on that notice is not, and every other official listing, including the organizer's registration page, says Thursday. Do not drive out to the stadium on the third.

Second: the employer list is not out yet. If your search is narrow, aerospace manufacturing only or a government payroll only, check the official event page on Monday, November 2, before you commit the day.

Nobody can hand you the 2026 roster today. What can be said is who filled the concourse the last time Workforce Solutions published its numbers: at the 13th annual fair the agency counted 165 employers and more than 8,000 open positions, with booths from Airbus Helicopters, Arlington ISD, BNSF Railway, Caterpillar, Cook Children's, FedEx, Lockheed Martin, Parker Hannifin, Peterbilt, Six Flags, Trinity Metro and Union Pacific.

That is a prior-year result, not a promise, and none of those companies has confirmed a 2026 booth. Take it as a picture of the kind of room this is: the North Texas economy in miniature, from the Great Southwest logistics district to the defense plants out toward Fort Worth to the two big Arlington hospital systems.

The organizers build a fair amount of help into the day, and most people walk right past it.

Free professional headshots are offered to every attendee. That is a real LinkedIn photo for zero dollars, and the line for it is shortest before 11 a.m.
Job fair mentors are stationed at four points on the concourse for resume and interview coaching on the spot.
Interpreters are scheduled for Arabic, French, Spanish and American Sign Language.
Bring more resumes than you think you need. Twenty is not excessive at a fair this size, and there is no dress code beyond the business casual the organizers suggest.
Park in Lot A or Lot R, off Cowboy Way. They are the closest to the entrance, and both are free.
