On Thursday, August 6, the 2026 North Texas Job Fair fills Globe Life Field from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and organizers say more than 550 employers and organizations have signed up to meet job seekers face to face.

How a Congressional Job Fair Outgrew Its Own Building

The North Texas Job Fair started in 2021 as a way to reconnect Texans with employers after the pandemic. It worked a little too well. The event outgrew its original venue fast enough that organizers moved it to Globe Life Field in 2024, and it has kept climbing since.

The scale now is genuinely hard to picture until you see it. Last year's fair drew more than 500 employers and organizations and over 35,000 attendees, spilling across the ballpark's concourses. The City of Arlington calls it one of the largest workforce events in the country, and that's not local boosterism. It's a stadium full of people who came to get hired.

This is the fifth year Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne has hosted it, in partnership with mayors, county officials, chambers of commerce, and workforce boards from Fort Worth to Frisco. For Arlington job seekers, the geography is the gift: the whole thing happens a few hundred yards from AT&T Stadium, off Randol Mill and Stadium Drive, in the middle of the city's busiest employment corridor.

Who's Hiring at Globe Life Field This Year

The employer list reads like a map of the North Texas economy. Aerospace and defense is heavily represented, with Lockheed Martin, Bell, The Boeing Company, BAE Systems, AST SpaceMobile, CAE, and Recaro Aircraft Seating all on the roster.
